I build and run software products end to end: idea, design, code, payments, launch and growth. In 2026 I shipped four products, the fastest from idea to paying customers in two days. Before tech I worked in emergency medicine, and I play live poker at a professional level. Both taught me to decide fast and well, under pressure, with incomplete information.
Products and agency
Poker trainer for live cash games. The engine computes every number in code, an AI coach grades each decision street by street, and players log hands live at the table. Product, engine, coach pipeline, payments, landing page and ads are all mine.
Grades AI-built websites from A to F for security, EU legal information and quality in about 30 seconds, with fix prompts for the builder. From idea to a live paid product in two days: scan engine, accounts, payments, a headless-browser worker, German and English.
Medical simulation game: rescue service, dispatch, hospital and psychiatry. I write all of the code, from game systems and economy to the medical content model and ops tooling. My partner runs the community. 40+ active players in the beta.
My own AI assistant modelled on JARVIS: voice and Telegram, with tools for mail, calendar, Notion and project status, plus scheduled morning briefings. Runs on my own server.
AI agency for small and mid-sized businesses in Germany. Repetitive work such as sorting requests, preparing quotes or planning appointments goes to a tool, and the client’s team checks and approves. Entry point is a 14-day workflow pilot. Focus on property management, electrical and plumbing trades, and care, patient transport and physio. I built the brand, website, booking system, contracts and an internal CRM and invoicing app.
